  • Project Managers (PMI Certified)
  • Network Operations Center (N.O.C.) Engineer (available in Bohemia, NY)
    CCSI is seeking a NOC (Network Operations Center) Engineer to handle Level 1 and Level 2 support of customer events. This person will be responsible for initial diagnosis and troubleshooting of customer events and following these events through to resolution. In addition this person will handle and complete Customer Change Requests as well as documentation updates. This person needs to be goal driven and personable, this person also needs to be able to speak to customers in a knowledgeable and courteous manner. This position has the opportunity for advancement within our Managed Service division or a move into the Integration and Service division.

    Experience: 1 to 2 Years Networking or Related Field

  • Account Executive

    This position will market to All business, health care, and government institutions. Products and services to be marketed include, but not limited to: storage area networks, networking, security and a variety of all company solutions. Recognized as an expert in the technology area, you will help to develop short and long term strategies for assigned accounts. Develop new account and grow existing accounts, you will define and implement sales goals and plans. You will ensure that we deliver the most logical, best in class solutions and services.

    To be successful in this role you will be a proven contributor as a major account leader in a high performing sales team. This experience will have been developed in a successful organization with many types of products and services, successfully positioned with your customer over an extended period. Though you may have one technical specialty you will have operated in an environment where the right solution for your client involves complexity in solution design, integration, inter working and imagination.

    You will possess core technical skills of strategic selling, account management, budget control, contractual negotiation and opportunity development. Your communication skills both written and verbal will be outstanding, as in most cases you will be dealing with high level management, and decision makers.

    You will also have extended your knowledge of the industry through research, networking and association involvement.

  • Pre-Sales Engineer
    Seeking a dynamic individual with high energy and drive to join our Sales team as a Presales Engineer.

    Duties:

    • Attend pre-sales client meetings and presentations with account executives.
    • Assist in the creation of strategies designed to optimize revenue and profitability from each account.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key technical contacts at each account.
    • Create customer solutions utilizing CCSI solutions and third party products. These solutions will often include IP Network, Microsoft Network and IP Telephony designs, implementations and management.
    • Maintain a working knowledge of vendor products and technologies from Cisco, Microsoft and others.
    • Work with technology partners to increase our chances of winning business and add value to the customer solution.
    • Liaise with Product Management, Engineering and Operations to insure successful delivery of solutions to customers and continued customer satisfaction thereafter.
    • Analyze client voice and data services requirements.
    • Provide the implementation team with all necessary documentation for the successful completion of the project.

    Additional responsibilities include providing on-site support and product installation for proof of concepts; handling technical presentations at trade shows and conferences; completing RFI/RFP; identifying client requirements and ensuring proactive communications with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Required Skills/Background:

    • Experienced as a Presales Engineer in network design, installation and management.
    • Excellent communications skills; professional presentation skills; self-starter, cooperative attitude; team player.
    Desired Background:
    • Must have a minimum of associates level technical degree, four year college or technical school degree preferred.
    • Must have proven experience in providing complex voice and data system solutions to enterprise clients.
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Must have excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
    • Must be detail oriented, multi-tasking, and able to deal with tight deadlines and stress.
    • Must have "think on your feet" capability.
    • Must be able to learn new technologies quickly.

    Desired Technical Skills:
    IP Networking: CCNP/CCDP Certification desired.
    Five (5) years experience designing IP LANs and WANs, including highly available, redundant networks, firewalls, Voice over IP network design and implementation, QoS, routing protocols, Microsoft Networking, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Email Archiving and others.
